1938 Media Loses Verizon Deal Over Racism Charges
I love how the very people who mourn the loss of George Carlin and promote the pushing of genres and taboos on other places are up in arms over Loren and his (hilarious) spoof of their own navel gazing. Not that I like this particular video so much, but fuck people, if you’re going to be hypocrites at least do it with some class.
Putting Loren Feldman and George Carlin in the same sentence is doing the latter a disservice.
Regardless, if Carlin was in his prime today would Verizon ever sign a content deal with him? Loren painted himself into a corner wearing his “professional comedian” brush, and now he has deal with everything that comes along with it.
