Here’s a test for “bubbleland” (retarded phrase IMHO). Go outside and look at the people using iPhones. Are they “bubbleland” people? No. Why is the iPhone revolutionary? Because its put a computer in the pocket of non-geeks and now an entire ubiquitous computing, pervasive connectivity PLATFORM in the hand of those same non-geeks. When you’re non-geek dad can pick up a phone and “get it” in terms of how to use in about a minute, that my friends is revolutionary. Try that with a Nokia N95, Blackberry Curve or heaven forbid: Windows Mobile phone.
