I agree with you. Plus, nearly every generation is under the impression that the previous generation rocked and the next generation sucks. Anyways, I will await your rant.
On another note, besides the “no culture is culture” argument, I also say that anyone who can’t find substance in our culture and hasn’t seen anything past The Hills and Fall Out Boy simply isn’t looking hard enough.
