Bug Labs (initial review) (Scripting News): Bug Labs seems to be brining the unrealized promise of Max/MSP, early electronics toolkits (like the ones I had), PIX controllers, Logo and the like to head. I can imagine that Proce5sing people, Cycling ’74 and others will be paying attention. I think also that everyone always forgets art as the first adoption of emerging technology such as this. We’re so focused on Web 2.0 shit, that we forget the true Web 2.0 happened in the early 90′s with people like Donna Haraway, Sandy Stone, Stellarc, et al. Everything innovative becomes pedestrian and its always the artists that make the innovation again. Not Yahoo!
