Meaning: they have a significant degree of latency to ANY changes because machine-to-machine propagation is really wonky. They also have a shit-tacular tagging system which has no semantic rhyme or reason. All goes together to actually work because individual pieces of content are the precious aspects of YouTube (not tagging, playlists, etc, those are ancillary).
