Now I’m getting pissed…
You’d think that a conference that costs $3,500 dollars, with a lot of money in sponsorships could afford to have reliable, consistent and working Internet access. I’m thinking that we should boycott these conferences if they don’t have latencies below a certain amount, and an SLA on the Internet access.
It is impossible to fully engage in these conferences without having a good, consistent and working tie to the outside world. And I mean on ALL PORTS. This is 2006 for goodness sakes. I’m not asking for a lot.
